Every Crux Watch and Strap has a limited 24-month warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date from our website or an authorized dealer.

This means that if the watch doesn't function properly, and it's our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. Instances that aren't covered by our warranty are listed below.

Not covered by the warranty:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Breakage or damage due to your actions or actions of others
  • Water damage
  • Batteries
  • Accidental glass damage
  • Scratches
  • Strap or pin damage
  • Theft

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt or order number (if purchased online).

How to submit a warranty claim

To submit a warranty claim, fill out a warranty claim form. Note that you will need to provide a date a purchase, your order number, and a picture of your product.
