Submit a Warranty Claim

Please fill out the form below to submit your warranty claim. If your claim is approved preliminarily, we will send you a return shipping label to the email provided below.

Upon receiving your product in our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it fits within our return and warranty policy guidelines. Upon final approval, we will either fix or replace your product at our discretion and send it back. This process can take up to 30 days depending on the nature of the claim.
